Yes, Carbear, and now we will reveal the ‘catch’ to what we were asking for yesterday. Ya’ know we asked God to forgive us our trespasses, and now we know the catch is we must forgive those who do it to us. As in, “as we forgive those who trespass against us.” Wait a minute, Ferdie, this is a Christmas tree. And that was last week. Dawg, what are you doing here? Hey, guys, I thought it was a nice one and wanted to have it up to remind us of what we celebrated last week. But, this is certainly not inconsistent with the idea of forgiveness. Like, you can forgive me, huh? Sure, Dawg, we will forgive you. You are very forgivable. But, our job is to also forgive all those who do something against us. Not so easy. And, on some days, nearly impossible. But, this is what we must do if we are to expect our Creator to forgive us. And, Ferdie, this is just another part of that unconditional love thing.
